502 Golf provides virtual golf fitness coaching and personalized golf home exercise programs designed to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, stability, and overall golf performance. Led by Kim Langford, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, each program is customized to support the golfer’s individual goals, fitness level, movement patterns, and physical needs.

Unlike generic workout programs, our golf-specific exercise plans are designed to improve swing efficiency, rotational movement, balance, endurance, and long-term athletic performance while helping golfers move more efficiently on the course.
